What is holistic nutrition?

Holistic Nutrition involves looking at the body as a whole. It’s about understanding what imbalances exist and then creating a plan to bring the body back into balance, resulting in optimal health and vitality.

The foundation for holistic nutrition is that everyone is unique. The food we eat, supplements we take (if any), as well as our exercise, sleep, and stress reduction needs will vary from person to person depending on a number of factors. Some of these factors include our age, current state of health, blood type, food sensitivities, digestion, family history, genetics, nutritional imbalances, etc. There isn’t one right answer when it comes to health. It is the role of a holistic nutritionist to work with you to uncover an optimal plan specifically designed to fit your current nutritional needs.
